• Acceptance of our cancellation and refund policy

Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our email address. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee of £50
• 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund of total package cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund (unless specific travel insurance applies)
